Ric is a participant in the Allerwelthaus political street-theatre group in
Köln-Ehrenfeld.

Ric hosted Brooklyn Love (art) Salon, a monthly salon in Red Hook, Brooklyn from 2002 to 2005.

Ric collaborated on projects with the mentally and physically disabled at Theaterwerkstatt Bethel from 2006 to 2008 as a teacher, actor, choreographer and director.

Making Books Sing is a children's theatre and arts education organization based in New York. Ric worked as the Associate Director of Education from 1999-2005, working closely with Making Books Sing in the development of the organization's early childhood program.

Brooklyn Waterfront Artists Coalition is a community -supported gallery located in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Ric performed in and curated a performing art festival in November 2003 for BWAC, collaborating with visual artists and opening up conversations in performance directly with the art work.
